Citimark was established in Indianapolis in 1982 by Bill Carlstedt, Roger Eiteljorg and Mike Dickman. Citimark is a full service residential and commercial real estate company providing real estate development, asset management, leasing, sales, property management, financial accounting and construction services.

The Architect
James T. Kienle, FAIA
Jim is President of James T. Kienle & Associates, Inc., a Preservation, Architecture, and Urban Design firm located in Indianapolis. Jim serves the City as President of the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission and has been actively involved in the residential and commercial revitalization of downtown historic districts across the country. Jim led the way with preservation architecture in downtown Indianapolis with the first two major renovations of commercial buildings for office use in the Wholesale District (The Morrison Opera Place & Omega Communication), the adaptation of a vaudeville theater- movie house to a state-of-the-art symphonic performance hall (Hilbert Circle Theater), and the first re-use of an industrial building for residential living with new townhomes (Lockerbie Glove).
